Quality Culture Assessment Tool

The questions used in this assessment tool are inspired on five of the nine elements of the current (2009) EFQM model ( http://ww1.efqm.org/en/). The questions are only used to give you an (demo) impression how this assessment tool can be tailored and used for a specific company assessment. The set of questions can easily be adapted and linked to a set of (core) competencies applicable for your organization. For the creation of the questions we made use of the publication "Guidelines for assessing organisational performance against the EFQM Model of Excellence using the Radar Logic" (Grace McCarthy, Richard Greatbanks and Jian-Bo Yang).

If you wish to use this tool to be used for checking compliance to specific standard, we suggest that you work together with an "expert" of the specific topic to define the questions related to the specific standard. We feel that this assessment tool could be used as a good starting point to find major area's of improvement. Then, of course, more detailed analyses should be done to define improvement actions.
